Poor Sleep Habits Putting US Teens' Health at Risk, Experts Warn

More evidence has come to light suggesting that American teenagers are putting their health and wellbeing at risk simply by not getting enough sleep on a regular basis. Worse still, while it’s a problem of common knowledge and has been so for decades, a new study has shown that teen sleeping habits are actually getting worse.

Every year, the number of teenagers getting the recommended seven-hours of sleep each night is declining.
