Poor food, service derail visit to Olive Garden

Linda Pollock tells W&D that she hopes her letter will help a restaurant improve.

She writes, "Visited the Olive Garden in Katy with my family. There were five of us. I, of course, was the only one who spoke up about the poor service and food.
