Polar Bear Can’t Rely On Terrestrial Food; Study Finds

A team of specialists coordinated by the U.S. Geographical Survey found that polar bears may be eating terrestrial food including berries, birds and eggs. In the meantime, these things can’t supplant their customary eating of marine vertebrates, including ice seals.
