WARSAW, Poland – An economic symposium in Poland has awarded Hungary's Prime Minister Victor Orban its "Man of the Year" title for his role in shaping central European policy.
Orban is known for building fences to stop migrants and for saying he wants Hungary to be an "illiberal" state. Some of his views are shared by the head of Poland's conservative ruling party, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, who won the title last year.
