Physically active women at lesser risk of heart disease, stroke and blood clots , AniNews.in

Washington, Feb 17 (ANI): Middle-aged women, who keep physically active at least few times a week, face lesser risk of heart disease, stroke and blood clots.

In the study, women who performed strenuous physical activity 2-3 times per week were about 20 percent less likely to develop heart disease, strokes or blood clots compared to participants who reported little or no activity.
