Using UP, a fitness tracker that provides feedback on human activities, calories burnt, diet and sleep, and also guides how to achieve goals, researchers have come to know many interesting facts about lifestyle of people in different cities across the world.

Researchers have been able to determine which city gets the maximum amount of sleep, which is lowest on this front and which city goes to bed early and wakes up early. Data was gathered from more than 5,000 users from international cities.
