MANILA - Private First Class Joseph Scott Pemberton, the US Marine accused of killing Filipino Jeffrey 'Jennifer' Laude, should personally appear Tuesday (Oct. 21) before the Olongapo City Prosecutor’s Office in the preliminary investigation of the murder complaint filed against him, the Department of Justice said.
