Pawlcyn nominated for prestigious Beard Award

Cindy Pawlcyn, a major force in wine country cuisine for three decades, has been nominated for a prestigious Restaurateur of the Year Award by the James Beard Foundation.

Chef/owner of Mustards Grill and Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen, Pawlcyn is one of five restaurateurs nominated in the category. She also serves as culinary partner for the Monterey Bay Aquarium and its Seafood Watch program. Pawlcyn has also authored five well-received cookbooks.
