Paul Walker’s father is suing the estate of Roger Rodas and seeking $1.8 million from his family for holding automobiles belonging to his late son, media reports said Tuesday. The “Fast and Furious” star and his friend Rodas -- who was driving a Porsche Carrera GT -- died on Nov. 30, 2013, in a car accident in Santa Clarita, California, northwest of Los Angeles, when the vehicle crashed into a tree and a light pole.
The lawsuit reportedly claimed that Rodas' family is in possession of "numerous automobiles and other motor vehicles that are either wholly or partially owned" by Walker, according to Entertainment Weekly.
