PARIS — The names of the 130 victims of the terrorist attacks on Paris were read out during a memorial service in the French capital on Friday.
President Francois Hollande attended the ceremony, which started at 10:30 a.m. local time (4:30 a.m. ET), at the Les Invalides complex of historic buildings in the center of the city.
