The word “paleo” is short for Paleolithic and is the name of a popular diet that has been praised by many for its incredible health benefits. The paleo diet consists of meat, vegetables and fish, while avoiding processed foods and grain products, since cavemen didn’t have supermarkets nor were they experts in agriculture. Many assumed that the Paleolithic humans knew more about nutrition than our modern experts. A new study shows otherwise.
