Audry Angel writes, "Last night, I hosted a small group for dinner at P.F. Chang's in celebration of a friend's 65th birthday. We picked this restaurant knowing that they had a gluten-free menu and wanted to accommodate one of our guests. Unbeknownst to me, she suffers from a host of other food allergies. I cringed when she read off her list, as we were all looking at the menu.
"Our waiter, Murad, cheerfully announced that his manager (Jesse) would review the list and make a suggestion. Unfortunately, there was nothing on the menu that would meet her criteria, but Jesse offered to grill a salmon filet with vegetables and use limited seasoning.
