OPEC Tried To Boost Price Of Oil, But Couldn't Agree On Production Cuts

Kuwaiti Minister of Finance and Minister of Oil Anas al-Saleh arrives for the organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) meeting in the Qatari capital Doha, on Sunday. The group tried, and failed, to come to an agreement to freeze oil production to January levels.

OPEC nations met in Qatar this weekend to discuss the possibility of a freeze in oil production, as a way to boost prices — but the oil producers couldn't come to an agreement.
