One Passover Seder adds humanism; another embraces chocolate

Decades later, 64-year-old Nancy Claman of Upper Arlington vividly remembers watching her uncle Sol stomach fresh horseradish during her family’s annual Seder, a meal marking the start of the Jewish holiday of Passover.

“His neck all the way up to his head would turn red,” Claman said with a laugh.
