Ohio Governor John Kasich tweeted out a resolution declaring Saturday to be "Scarlet Letter Saturday" in support of Ohio State's game against Michigan, and recognizing the members of the college playoff selection committee as "Honorary Ohioans."
Kasich and Lieutenant Governor Mary Taylor signed the resolution encouraging all Ohioans to avoid using the letter "M" where possible and "send positive vibes" to the newly declared honorary Ohioans in the coming weeks as they decide which teams will be included in the college football playoffs.
