Ohio gets over $1.7M in behavioral health funds

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) – Ohio has been awarded more than $1.7 million in federal funding to support mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Officials with the federal Health Resources and Services Administration said the Affordable Care Act funding will support seven health centers in Ohio. The centers will use it to establish or expand behavioral health services for more than 19,000 Ohioans.
