Ohio state health investigators said they found the culprit for the recent Ohio botulism outbreak, it was the home canned potatoes, used in potato salad. The potato salad was serve at a church potluck causing people to get sick and killing one.
The Ohio Department of Health said there are now 21 confirmed cases of botulism while ten more are waiting results of their tests. Some of the patients are still in hospitals.
