WASHINGTON — President Obama formally welcomed Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping to the White House on Friday for tense talks that touch on cyber spying, military policy, economic issues, and climate change.
"Even as our nations cooperate ... we must address our differences candidly," Obama told Xi during an arrival ceremony on the South Lawn at the White House.
