PARIS U.S. President Barack Obama urged his Turkish counterpart on Tuesday to reduce tensions with Russia while stressing U.S. support for its NATO ally's security.
Obama met Tayyip Erdogan in Paris, where he has been attending the climate summit, a week after Turkish jets downed a Russian warplane along the Syrian border.
