NTSB: Pilot unaware of co-pilot’s mistake that may have caused Virgin Galactic crash

The pilot of the Virgin Galactic rocket that crashed in California last month told investigators he was unaware that his co-pilot prematurely triggered a system that may have caused the accident, the National Transportation Safety Board said Wednesday.
