Novel Report attributes Heat Waves around world in 2013 to Human-Caused Climate Change

A new report titled, 'Explaining Extreme Events of 2013 From a Climate Perspective', makes it clear that human-caused climate change has an impact over weather patterns across the globe. The report is based on the evaluation of 22 studies of 16 extreme weather events from around the world in 2013.
