Northern lights may glow, but will Michigan be able to see them?

Two solar flares have occurred in the past two days. As the energy hits Earth, the northern lights may be very visible in northern latitudes, including Michigan.

The solar energy responsible for northern lights is expected to be strongest tonight and Friday night, but could continue Saturday night. It would be good if the northern lights continued Saturday night, as the skies should mostly clear in all of Michigan Saturday.
