North Koreans mark third anniversary of Kim Jong Il's death

North Koreans lay floral tributes in front of statues of its founder Kim Il Sung and late leader Kim Jong Il on Tuesday (December 16), marking the third anniversary of the death of Kim Jong Il, the father of the country's current ruler Kim Jong Un.

In video provided to Reuters by the North's official news agency KCNA, which cannot be independently verified, North Koreans bowed and left flowers at Mansu Hill in Pyongyang to honour the dead.
