The problem with most people is they don’t want to spend months of training and hours a day meditating to get that stress relief many people assume is required to attain the stress relief. For those who have considered meditation in the past, but balked due to the time commitment involved, you might want to take another look. A new study published in the Journal Psychoneuroendocrinology indicates that even small amounts of meditation can have a huge and powerful impact on the reduction of stress a person has.
