WASHINGTON -- Organized medicine is lobbying Congress to move quickly on legislation to repeal the way Medicare pays physicians, fearing its window of opportunity for action, which looked wide open a few days ago, is closing fast.

But, the bill didn't offer a way to pay for the $120-$150 billion SGR repeal.
