COAL GROVE, Ohio — State road crews are working to clear a southern Ohio highway after a boulder the size of a two-story house fell onto the road overnight, officials said.

Kathleen Fuller of the Ohio Department of Transportation said the rock fell about 2:30 a.m. yesterday onto the westbound lanes of Rt. 52 near Coal Grove, across the Ohio River from Ashland, Ky. The boulder is estimated to weigh 1,500 tons.
