No Association between Physical Activity and Depressive Symptoms’ Development in Adolescence

Nearly 10 percent of the people suffer from depression at least once during their lifetime. It is said that mental illness affects physical health. In a novel study, no link has found between physical activity and development of depressive symptoms in adolescence.

Many medical experts believe that depression starts in adolescence. Physical activity is said to be a great way to bring a decline in the risk of depression, but researchers have not found any concrete evidence to support the statement.
