Nissan Group sold more vehicles in the U.S. in March than it has in any previous month, according to company figures released Friday.
The record-high pace of sales for the industry and discounting helped power Nissan to a 12.7% gain in March, compared to a year earlier. The Japanese automaker sold 163,559 vehicles in the U.S. in March.
