Nielsens: Shark Week, 'Greatest Hits'

Shark bite. Discovery's annual Shark Week averaged 1.6 million same-day viewers in prime time last week, ranking second only to Fox News and first among younger viewers. But the turnout was down from 2.4 million for last year's event, which kicked off a week later on July 5.
