New York Attorney General warns Target, other retailers on scheduling policies

Thirteen retailers, including Target Corp. and Gap Inc., have been criticized by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman for allegedly using on-call schedules that leave workers not knowing if they'll be paid that day or not.
