A new study from the Harvard School of Public Health, in Boston, Mass, suggests that eating whole grains is a very healthy thing to do. In fact, it could reduce your risk for developing heart disease.

An earlier study, actually, also linked whole grains consumption with a reduced risk for developing type 2 diabetes and heart disease; so this is just another good sign that whole grains are good for you.
