New research reveals bizarre ‘Hall Effect’ behavior of frustrated magnets

A group of researchers at Princeton University in the U.S. claimed to have discovered a bizarre behavior of so-called frustrated magnets, which carry that moniker as their magnetic capacity fails to work as normal at low temperatures.

The researchers said they experimented with the frustrated magnets as they wanted to determine if the vexed magnets would really exhibit an extraordinary behavior called the Hall Effect.
