New Poison Dart Frog Species Found in Panama

The latest poison dart frog on the block is called Andinobates geminisae, a tiny frog the color of a fiery sunset.

The bright-orange frog was found in Donoso, Panama by researchers from the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute and the Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí (both in Panama), and the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. Their work was published in the journal Zootaxa.
