Nevada aerospace firm challenges NASA's $7 billion Boeing, SpaceX deal

The Boeing Crew Space Transportation (CST)-100 simulator gives a sense of the interior of the Boeing capsule. Sierra Nevada Corp. has challenged NASA's decision to award the capsule contract to Boeing and SpaceX.

Sierra Nevada Corp., an aerospace company based in Nevada, is attempting to stop a deal between NASA and two other aerospace suppliers, claiming its design for the project was better and less expensive than its competitors.
