At least 14 people were killed in three separate suicide bomb attacks in Damaturu, northeast Nigeria, on Wednesday, the country’s National Emergency Management Agency said.
The blasts came after Boko Haram militants this week claimed to have carried out three suicide attacks on the outskirts of the capital, Abuja, last Friday that left 18 dead and 41 injured.

You pay money, you attract interest. One possible solution is to retrain doctors who have quit doing clinical medicine due to obamacare, rehabilitate those that had license issues for non drug abuse problems, or maybe export / outsource this to China as well.

We are going to see shortages of doctors across all fields as baby boomers retire unless the supply chain is opened up. The pinch point is the number of residencies available which for some reason are apparently funded by Medicare.

It varies by state, but generally unless the individual is under a doctor's care at the time of death, an autopsy is generally required.
