
THE next-door neighbour of the man arrested as part of this morning’s joint AFP-Victoria Police counterterrorism raids in Melbourne says he talks to his neighbour almost every day and is extremely surprised by this morning’s events.
Herve Du Buisson Perrine, 71, told The Australian he and his wife had lived at their Point Cook Rd home, across the road from Seabrook Primary school in Melbourne’s southwest, since he retired in 1998.
