NASA to use submarine for exploring Saturn’s moon Titan

NASA looks forward to using submarine for exploring Saturn’s moon Titan. The submarine design was unveiled by the space agency at their NASA Institute for Advanced Concepts symposium in Cocoa Beach, Florida. The agency wants to use the submarine for exploring the oceans of Saturn’s largest moon in 2040.

Kraken Mare, a 154,000 sq. mi. ocean, which has characteristic tides similar to Earth, is the main focus of the project scientists.
