NASA hopes that the satellite will help unravel mysteries around CO2.

NASA is expected to launch its first ever satellite that is dedicated to studying the levels of carbon dioxide in the Earth’s atmosphere on Tuesday. The spacecraft, the Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2 satellite will launch at 2:56 PDT, from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
