Multi-Million Dollar bird gene study reset bird’s evolutionary tree

A multi-million dollar bird’s gene map study of all living birds have reset the old evolutionary tree. The study was conducted by 200 scientist from 20 different countries throws up some interesting findings. The four year research covered 48 bird species of birds were piloted to understand the impact of birds on human’s health. Out of these 48 species 45 species gene was never mapped before, and the new findings reveals surprising findings which shaken up the old avian tree.

After analyzing the huge DNA database of birds the Avian Phylogenomics Consortium sequenced the genome of 45 species to gain insight knowledge of avian evolutionary history.
