The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) recently released a new list of its opinion of chain restaurants meals that are highest in calorie, fat, sodium and sugar content. According to registered CSPI dietitian Paige Einstein, “we just look for the worst items that we can find.”
The nine winners of the CSPI “Xtreme Eating Awards for 2014” averaged about 2,000 calories per meal.
