More Than Five Portions of Fruits and Veg Has No Extra Benefits

We have always been told to eat our veggies and fruits since our childhood. So, their importance is not lost on us. And many studies have also established that eating fruits and vegetables can reduce the risk of death from cardiovascular diseases. However, when the question of adequate portions is raised, different studies give out different numbers. Even different countries recommend different amounts of fruits and vegetables as adequate for consumption.
