Relying on your phone app to tell you what to eat does not help you lose weight, at least not all the way. The problem doesn’t necessarily lie in the lack of information on adequate nutrition, the study’s author say. It’s more a matter of will, and simply recommending the right meal won’t solve to problem in the long run.
Dr. Laing, a primary care physician, think that loosing weight is „really tough” and the weight loss approach should be adapted to each individual.
