The dangers of sleeping too much or too little are becoming quite worrying clear as of late, with extensive global studies having added hard evidence to long-standing scientific theories. In the latest example, a study has drawn direct links between a person’s likelihood of gaining week or becoming obese and the loss of as little as 30-minutes of sleep every night.

Losing as little as 30 minutes of sleep per day on weekdays can have long-term consequences for body weight and metabolism, a new study has claimed.
