Minecraft was a simple game Persson put together in his free time, and Microsoft paid $2.5 billion for the rights.
Now Variety tells us that Persson has bought a big mansion in Beverly Hills for the price of $70 million. According to Kotaku, this is the most expensive home in Beverly Hills, and Persson outbid Beyonce on it.
