Mindfulness Training Helps Against Stress-Levels

Now it can be understood why the monks from Tibet are so obsessed with meditation.

A recent study that was published in the journal Psychoneuroendocrinology discovered that if one meditated three days a week for 25 minutes, they would significantly relieve their stress levels and symptoms of certain psychological troubles.
