Good news for older adults facing sleepless nights and partial symptoms of insomnia. A new study has found that mindfulness meditation can improve sleep problems.

Study researchers conducted research on 49 older adults with sleep problems. They found that those who followed mindfulness practices felt improvements in their sleeping pattern within six weeks.
