Is that a Calder mobile I spotted in one of the photos that's also included as an art piece?Why no photo of the roof deck? Or the Jaguar? Or the Warhol (visible in #3?) Or the yacht?Love the bathroom with a view!And how can you squeeze 13,800 square feet on to "roughly half an acre"? Talk about zero lot line!p.s. For those who don't want "headaches," maintaining koi ponds can definitely be those.

I live here. Land -- especially the dry sort -- is scarce. Even in the outer suburbs the lots are tiny.

It's a nice house; could picture relaxing in that pool, but I could never go for such a cold and stark interior.

So much money flowing into Miami now. Argentine. Brazilian. Russian. New York tax refugee. This property will sell quickly. I'm guessing Russian oligarch or U.S. hedgie.
