Mercury Levels Rising In Yellowfin Tuna

According to a new study published this week in the journal Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry, mercury levels in Pacific tuna are rising. Scientists at the University of Michigan believe that evidence of the increased levels of mercury in the atmosphere is already evidenced in tuna rolls at sushi restaurants across the US.
