Mercury Levels Increase In Hawaiian Yellowfin ‘Ahi Sushi’ Tuna

Scientists have become quite alarmed at the fact that mercury levels are steadily increasing in the Hawaiian Yellowfin species of fish, also known as ‘Ahi Tuna’; a type of fish which are eaten regularly as sushi due to the fact that they make up the contents of most tuna.
