Melbourne teenager Sevdet Ramadan Besim has been sentenced to at least seven-and-a-half years in jail for planning a terror attack targeting police on Anzac Day.
The 19-year-old from Hallam, in Melbourne's south-east, pleaded guilty in June to one count of doing an act in preparation or planning for a terrorist act.
